My Story

I started Boundless & Black for my family.

What began as a personal journey to better understand my own history became an invitation to explore the stories, places, and people that deserve to be remembered.

A letter from the founder

Istarted Boundless & Black for my family.

The more I learned about Black history, the more I realized how much of it I had never been taught.

As I traveled, I noticed that many museums, travel guides, and historical narratives centered the same stories while overlooking countless contributions from Black communities.

What began as a personal journey to better understand my own history became a mission to explore the stories, places, businesses, artists, neighborhoods, and cultural landmarks that deserve to be remembered.

“I am not a historian.
I am a curious traveler.”

Boundless & Black is an invitation to learn alongside me as I discover the stories that shaped my community and continue to influence the world today.

Come along with me

There is so much more to see, learn, and remember.

Every place I share is a chance to look closer — at the people who built these neighborhoods, the artists who shaped this culture, and the communities still carrying these stories forward.
